A failing subscription is one where the most recent billing attempt has failed.
Retry Logic
After a failed billing attempt, the renewal date will be pushed back 7 days.
On the 4th consecutive failed billing attempt, the subscription will be pushed back 1 month.
On the 5th consecutive failed billing attempt, the subscription will be cancelled.
Consecutive failed billing attempts will be calculated from February 4th, 2024 onward. It will not take into account failed billing attempts that occurred before this date to give time for the new retry logic to take effect.
